Joe Vialls, Private Investigator, Exposing Media Disinformation

This web site covers three major investigations conducted since 1992. The first is an independent investigation into the murder of policewoman Yvonne Fletcher outside the Libyan Embassy in London during 1984, and links to the CIA and Israeli Mossad. The second is an investigation into the bombing of Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie in Scotland during 1988, and the trial of the two accused Libyans at Camp Zeist (Kamp Zeist) in Holland. Once again with links to the CIA and Mossad. The third and last investigation takes a long hard look at the Port Arthur Massacre in Tasmania, Australia, a crime for which intellectually impaired Martin Bryant was convicted without trial. A brief overview of each individual case follows.

The Murder of Policewoman Yvonne Fletcher, copyright Joe Vialls

On the 17th April 1984, policewoman Yvonne Fletcher was shot in the back while on crowd control duties outside the Libyan Embassy in London. In the ensuing media frenzy, Libya was accused of ordering her death, and its diplomatic personnel were expelled from the Embassy and from London. The subsequent coronial inquest into her death was rushed and lacking in detail. On closer examination of the available scientific evidence, it became very clear that the shot which killed Yvonne Fletcher could not have been fired from the Libyan Embassy, but only from Enserch House a few doors away. In-depth investigation proved links between this building in 1984 directly to the CIA, and indirectly to the Israeli Mossad. Exactly why these two agencies ordered the execution of an unarmed policewoman doing her duty on the streets of London is unclear, but general motivation seems obvious. Israel in particular has always viewed Libya as an enemy, and the murder of Yvonne Fletcher completely undermined Libya's standing in the international community. In addition, economic sanctions rapidly imposed on Libya caused severe damage to its defence, health and other internal structures.

On 21st December 1988, Pan Am 103 exploded overhead Dean's Cross in the English Lake District, its 500 m.p.h. forward speed and inertia ensuring the actual crash site was far to the north at Lockerbie in Scotland. Initially the finger of suspicion was pointed at Syria and Iran, then very conveniently at Libya during the Gulf War, when America badly needed Syrian support for its attacks on Baghdad. There was never any proof of Libyan complicity in the bombing or subsequent crash of Pan Am 103 at Lockerbie, except for evidence which was clearly forged, and predictable media hysteria. The trial of the two Libyan suspects has started at Camp Zeist (Kamp Zeist) in Holland, and poses a huge problem for western nations, America in particular. At the time the allegations were aired it seemed certain Libya would not give up its citizens for international trial. But now Libya has given up its citizens for trial under Scottish Law, America will have to publicly explain why the accusations were made in the first place. Due to tough rules of evidence this may well prove to be impossible.

Just after noon on 28th April 1996, an unknown marksman opened fire on diners in the Broad Arrow Cafe at Port Arthur in Australia. In less than 20 minutes at this and five other crime scenes, the marksman killed 35, injured 22, and crippled two cars with only 64 shots. Nineteen of the first twenty dead in the Broad Arrow Cafe died from single shots to the head, all fired by the unknown marksman from his right hip. This staggering display of marksman- ship was blamed on left-handed and intellectually impaired Martin Bryant, who had no shooting experience, or military training of any kind. From the time of his arrest, remand prisoner Martin Bryant was illegally held in strict solitary confinement and denied access to media of any kind until his police interrogation on 4th July 1996. When he refused to admit to the Port Arthur Massacre at interrogation, he was once more placed back in illegal solitary confinement. Eventually in desperation during November 1996, Martin Bryant pleaded "guilty" 72 times, thereby allowing the authorities to avoid a humiliating trial at which they could present no hard evidence of guilt. Intellectually impaired Martin Bryant was convicted by a hysterical media pack, then forced to plead guilty by prison officials illegally enforcing solitary confinement.

PAN AM 103 TRIAL

When Pan Am 103 exploded at Lockerbie, the media hyped up "Moslem Terrorists". First the Syrians, then the Iranians, and finally the Libyans. The most obvious suspect should have been the State of Israel, because it alone stood to gain from blackening the reputations of Arab nations. Despite an earlier known attempt to bomb one of its very own El Al airliners in 1986 for media effect, the probability that the Mossad was also responsible for bombing Pan Am Flight 103, was ruthlessly suppressed.
