Recipe: Chocolate Espresso Decadence

 

Amount
Ingredient
13 oz Chocolate (semi-sweet)
3/4 cup Very strong coffee
8 oz Sugar
6 Eggs
1/2 pound Butter


Cooking instructions:

1. Dissolve sugar in coffee.

2. Remove from heat and melt in chocolate.

3. Melt butter into chocolate.

4. Temper eggs by slowly whisking in warm chocolate.

5. Bake in springform pan lined with plastic wrap in a water bath for 20-30 minutes at 300 degrees.
