Arseni Markoff committed illegal international money fraud via the internet against the International Christian Tennis Association. The total $ amount has made this a felony investigation.
Mr. Markoff posed as a woman working for a new Christian tennis internet website. He attempted to illegally solicit over $2000 US from his home country in Austria. This entire case is being fully investigated with criminal charges pending.
Phil Naessens claims that Mr. Markoff is his business associate. We believe this is a true statement. The possibilty for both Mr. Naessens and Mr. Markoff to be charged in this felony crime does, in fact, exist.
