1. On the View menu, click Internet Options
2. Click the General tab.
3. In the Home page area, type http://www.onwisconsin.com in the Address: field.
4. Click on the OK button.

Netscape 4.x
1. Open the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
2. Select the Navigator category.
3. Click the radio button Home page.
4. In the Home page area, type http://www.onwisconsin.com in the Address: field.
5. Click on the OK button.

Internet Explorer 3.x
1. On the View menu, click Options.
2. Click the Navigation tab.
3. In the Customize area, type http://www.onwisconsin.com in the Address: field.
4. Click on the OK button.

Netscape 3.x
1. Open the Open menu and choose General Preferences.
2. Select the Appearance tab.
3. In the Startup area, click the radio button Home Page Location.
4. Type http://www.onwisconsin.com in the field under Home Page Location.
5. Click on the OK button.

America Online 3.0
1. Start up America Online and sign on.
2. Go to the Internet icon and click on it. You will be jumped to the Internet connection area.
3. Click on the box, Go to the Web.
4. In the Members menu, click on My AOL.
5. Click on the icon next to Preferences Guide.
6. Click on The Web.
7. Click on Set Up Now.
8. Select the Navigation index card tab.
9. In the address box, type in "http://www.onwisconsin.com"
10. Click on OK.
