Elvis Duran
In 1989, Elvis Duran joined Z100, becoming part of America's most listened to radio station. Having previously worked in Philadelphia and Atlanta, he took over the coveted afternoon drive slot on Z100. After years of success, his career took another turn in 1996, when newly appointed program director, Tom Poleman, decided to pair him with co-host Elliot Seigal and move him to morning drive. Elliot eventually left to host his own morning show in Washington, and Elvis Duran & The Z Morning Zoo was born.
