The Conference will provide an open forum for faculty to explore issues of effective communication with colleagues as well as how to foster different types of learning communities on campus. The afternoon workshops on communication and learning communities will be structured as discussions, facilitated by a group leader.

Faculty involved in quantitative instruction (social and natural sciences, engineering, business and mathematics) are encouraged to attend the conference and learn more about the Long Island Consortium.
