About: Serving XML provides a pipeline language for declaratively adapting content to XML, transforming it through a chain of XSLT stylesheets and SAX filters, and producing a stream of output to a local or remote destination. The accompanying console app supports reading content as XML files, flat files, SQL queries, or SAX events, and writing it as XML, HTML, PDF, or mail attachments. This software is especially suitable for converting flat files to XML, with its support for variant record types, multi-valued fields, namespaces, hierarchical grouping of records, row-by-row validation with XML Schema, and much more. There is also an API for embedding the software in a Java application.
Changes: This release contains substantial enhancements for XML to flat file conversion. It includes support for mapping multiple occurrences of an element to fields.
About: XDBCMS is a Web-based, multi-user CMS that can manage any number of Web sites, each site with any number of pages, and each site organised in a tree-based menu that can be any depth. Where XDBCMS differs from most content management systems is that it actually generates a stand-alone Web site, which requires no database to drive it, can be 'released' to any Web server, and would be able to cope with very large numbers of users. For the authors, it features a WYSIWYG editor, similar to MS-Word in appearance, allowing full control over the format (tables, fonts, graphics, etc.) of each individual page. It allows multiple authors and features a group-based security system.
Changes: This release fixes a problem where a message appears on the screen saying, "printf... not enough arguments," and then does not allow the program to submit the data from that screen.
About: LinCVS is a graphical Interface for the cvs client command line tool. It can load modules from a server (checkout), create modules on the server (import), check the state of directories and individual files, and update them. Basic operations like add, remove, and commit are supported as matter of course. More advanced features include showing the actual differences between the server version and the local sandbox, graphical display of the version tree, and graphical support for project maintenance. All actions are logged on the cvs server.

About: Simplebackup is a cross-platform backup program. For example, this location can be a network mapped drive in Windows, an NFS mounted drive in Unix, another hard disk, an FTP server, or a tape device (Unix only). This will duplicate your information, doing the so called "backup".
Changes: A non-critical bug that could cause Perl to dump warnings if it was unable to get the file modification time during incremental and differential backups was fixed. If hostname_on_backup_files is used with the auto-configuration options, the hostname is now added into the auxiliary files (log file, management file, history file). Log messages and the documentation were improved.

The menus for the AirPort and Bluetooth plugins were greatly improved and their resize behavior was tuned up. Behind the scenes improvements to stability, memory, and processor usage made this the most reliable release yet.
About: VisMon provides a framework for graphical application monitoring, control, automatic error recovery, and high availability (HA) clustering across the Unix, Linux, and Windows 2K/XP/NT platforms. It uses scripting (shell/VBscript) or Java class APIs to monitor, control, recover, and failover applications. VisMon can manage any number of nodes on a TCP/IP network from any location. This is achieved by installing a single VisMon Agent on each server node, which can be controlled and monitored by one or more VisMon Explorer GUIs from the local LAN or Internet.
