We will have a medal ceremony on the steps of IDS HQ followed by a party in the Mos Venus cantina in Darkmoon. IDS will also be holding the first in a series of swoop races that will culminate in the Darkmoon Swoop Championships in June. There will be two classes of racer; Advanced (50,000 credit entry fee) and Beginner (1,000) winner take all. All respectful people are invited to come out and celebrate with us.

Purpose of Event:  To find out who has the fastest gun in the land!  The event will consist of a shooting course with targets placed at various distances and the player that completes the course the fastest will be the winner.  There will hopefully by two sides of the course exactly the same.  (If Pex can make 2, if not one side which will be timed.)  You will be paired in brackets with single elimination.  The course will consist of four phases.  First phase will have targets at one length (20M) that you must take out before moving to the next phase.  Second phase will consist of targets placed at variable distances (10-60m) that you will have to take out before moving on.  Third phase will consist of you running a measured distance trying to take out targets at various distances while moving.  The forth will be a stationary target with a higher ham that you have to take out.  First player to take out this target having taken out the rest of the targets in the course will be the winner of that round.  Prizes will be awarded for first and second place in each division and a grand champion.  There will be three divisions pistols, rifles and carbines.  The winner of each division will then compete for the grand champion.

The Imperials must gain access to the Rebel Hidden Base and make there way through the complex in search of the person holding the codes. The use of Jedi are permitted for this event.

Our opening night went great with a suprise visit from Boba Fett, and we missed all those that where unable to make it. Second night was just as muchg fun!  We are in the Large Naboo building with a nice gaming floor space and tables in the entertainment area of Citidel, back near the Theatre. Purpose of Event: Ever get the Monday evening blues and need something to do? Get up to Dantooine and visit the Grotto. The Grotto is a cantina built out of an abandonded Tattooinian Guild Hall in Namasoon City.  Until NC gets its shuttle, the closest starport is the Agro/Pirate Outpost. Fair warning for those less combat inclined, the ruffians at this starport can get unruly and you may want to consider bringing an armed guard or using the Mining Outpost. Come prepared to relax and enjoy music, deal with some of the shadier characters this side of the galaxy, or just listen for a bit of juicy gossip.
