Leopard Stoned to Death

Local people stoned to death a leopard which killed a 70-year-old man collecting wood in the forest near Pokhara in western Nepal, according to a report in RISING NEPAL dated 24 April 1989.

Charles McDougal says that man-eating leopards have been a recurrent phenomenon in the past few years in the Pokhara area.
