Introduction

Here is some basic information about me and my journey. To get more in depth make sure you check out the links on the left!

How old are you?
--> 24

How tall are you and what do you weigh?
--> 5'4" and 90lbs

Why are you underweight?
--> I have an allergy to preservatives that was undiagnosed until the age of 22

Why do you want to gain weight?
--> So that I have more energy, more strength, and can enjoy life to the fullest and do things I've never had the energy or strength to do before

Have you tried to gain in the past and if so what has gotten in the way?
--> Yes. What got in the way is I didn't know how to do it!

How much time are you willing to put into your gaining journey before giving up?
--> My entire life if that is what it takes, I am sick and tired of being sick and tired 24 hours a day / 7 days a week!

How much weight do you want to gain?
--> 30lbs, for a total weight of 120lbs.

What is your diet?
--> I am a raw vegan, that means no animal products and no cooked foods...and yes you can gain weight without eating meat or dairy!
