Hi everyone !

At last here we are... First of all thank you for all those messages from all over the world supporting us. We're now able to tell you more about your passion and us.

PAWA has been created by David to transmit, show and develop parkour as his dad transmitted him and told him to. So we got here to say what is exactely parkour to stop confusion.

Parkour is an art to help you passing any obstacle to go from point A to point B only with the human body possibilities.

Understand that this art has been created by few soldiers in Vietnam to escape or reach: and this is the spirit I'd like parkour to keep. You have to make the difference between what is useful and what is not in emergency situations. Then You'll know what is parkour and what is not. So if you do acrobatics things on the street with no other goal than showing off, please don't say it's parkour. Acrobatics existed long time ago before parkour.

One of the biggest mission of PAWA is the construction of a parkour center, like the shaolin Temple for kung fu. It'll take time but we'll do it anyway. The place is not defined yet, We're still searching for the good place (this is also a reason of the world tour). To finance this project, David is preparing a world tour that will be on DVD. All the benefits of this DVD will help us for financing this big project.

This DVD will show the whole possibilities offered by parkour in any environment.

Another project of PAWA is to make the word "parkour" enter into the dictionnaries. Yes, as any sport name. This will end the little wars around the name. To those who want to own the word "parkour" : Go and buy "football" you'll make more money than with us...  This word has been invented by a friend of David named Hubert Koundé. And if there should be a real owner of this word, it sould be him and no one else.

We talked also would like to count how many real guys are there all over the world...

At last, PAWA will soon show you what kind of competition to expect with parkour, and how is made the level graduation for the moment train hard in the right spirit of what has been tranmitted to David : parkour.

Best Regards

David Belle and PAWA Team
