APPEAL 
To the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation V.V. Ustinov in connection with intensifying use of statue 282 UK RF of “inflaming interethnic strife” against Russian patriots.

Your Honor Prosecutor General!

We are addressing you with this appeal due to the negative atmosphere in our country, which has the characteristics of a masked genocide of the Russian people and their traditional culture….But since the issues that we want to touch upon are quite taboo we feel that it is right not to limit our appeal to dry judicial phrases, but to provide explanations of the crux of the issue that distresses us. 

A majority of these cases [inflaming interethnic strife] are initiated by Jewish activists or Jewish organizations accusing people of “anti-Semitism”. The vast majority of the accused are Russian patriots. Recently, former head of the government press, B.S. Mironov, an independent politician and publicist, has joined the ranks of the accused. 

We accept that the comments of Russian patriots about Judaism are harsh, negative, overly emotional, and inappropriate for public discussion, which is interpreted by the courts as extremism. Nevertheless, the courts never looked at the reason for such harshness as well as the primary source of the extremism of this inter-ethnic conflict. 

The most important question which needs to be answered by the investigators and the court is: are the extremely negative assessments of Judaism by Russian patriots true? If not – we can talk about the humiliation of the Jews and the inflaming of inter-ethnic hate. If true – than these types of assessments are justified and independent of emotional context, they cannot be classified as humiliating, inflaming inter-ethnic hate etc…

Besides that in this particular inter-ethnic conflict there are two sides (the accusers and the accused), it is important to find out exactly which of the sides started this conflict first and is responsible for it, and can the actions of the accusers be construed as self-defense from the aggressive actions of the side of the accused?

Please allow us to assure you, Honorable Prosecutor General, that in answering these questions we can use many well-established facts and sources, using which we can conclude: negative assessments of Russian patriots of typical Jewish acts against non-Jews are accurate. Moreover, these acts are not accidental, but are prescribed in Talmudic Judaism and have been practiced for two thousand years. Furthermore, comments made by the patriots and publications against the Jews are mostly true, they are in self-defense, which may not always be stylistically correct, but legitimate in its core. 

In support [of this statement] we want to draw your attention to an official publication by the Congress of Jewish Religious Organizations and Communities of Russia of “Kitzur Shulhan Arukh”. This abridged edition of Jewish Law “Shulhan Arukh,” was compiled several hundred years ago based on the [teachings of the] “Talmud” and obligated [Jews] to follow it. In the introduction of the 1999 and 2001 editions, Rabbi Zinovy Kogan, Chair of the Congress of Jewish Religious Organizations and Communities writes:

“The editorial team of CJROC thought it necessary to leave out some Halachic instructions…, the placement of which in a Russian language edition would be an unprovoked insult to the non-Jewish segment of the population. A reader that wants to read the complete “Kitzur Shulhan Arukh,” is welcome at the yeshiva, so that he can study it and as well as other holy books in the original.”

That is to say that one of the leaders of Russian Jewry admits to the insulting nature of certain Jewish laws to the non-Jewish segment of the population, but still invites his community to study these insults at yeshivas – Jewish schools, financed by money from local government. Nevertheless, in the censored edition we find the following [insults]….

Needless to say, one of the thirteen main principles of Judaism is waiting for the Jewish ruler of the world, who will install the Jews to rule over all other peoples of the world: “I unconditionally believe in the Moshiah and even though he is detained, I will wait for him every day,” (pg 485) The Orthodox church teaches us that this ruler is identified as the anti-Christ, about which Jesus Christ (John 5:43), Paul (Pharisees 2), and holy the fathers of the church warned. This is an important part of the Orthodox teachings of the apocalypse. 

In the introduction, Chief Rabbi of Russia A. Shaevich notes: “Interest in this book went beyond our expectations. Over time there has been a lot of positive feedback coming from different types of people. A great number of letters were written to us asking us for help in obtaining the edition.”

By this token this is not a history book, but a book managing one’s activities.

We believe that based on this official Jewish publication, law enforcement authorities should restrain the spreading of a religion that is inflaming in Jews hate towards the “rest of Russians”, according to statute 282 UK RF….

To those that uphold the morals of the “Shulhan Arukha” it will come as no surprise that most anti-Jewish demonstrations all over the world are organized by Jews themselves, in order to provoke and to give reasons for punishment of patriots….

Based on the quoted laws and practices of Jews it is not hard to understand why so called “anti-Semitism” has been a constant companion – that is the rejection of the given Jewish morality. This is why Jews were not treated as equals in Christian countries and obtained equality as a result of bourgeoisie revolutions, by overthrowing traditional government. Even in the Russian Empire, after many unsuccessful attempts by the Tsarist government to make Jews “just like everyone else,” they [Jews] were stripped of equal rights, not because they were Jews by blood (the empire was made up of many ethnic groups); not because they were not Christians (there were also Muslims, Buddhists, and etc.); because the Jewish religion is anti-Christian and misanthropic, some its most zealous followers practicing ritual killings. Many cases of this ritual extremism were also proved in court [court case from 1884, killing of Christian babies by Jews].

The New Testament explains this misanthropy with words of Christ when he talks about Jewish spiritual leaders denying God the Father and crucifying the Son of God: “your father is the devil and you want to carry out his desires; he was a killer of man from the start (John 8:19, 44)” This is a widely accepted Orthodox explanation of Jewish aggression as a form of Satanism…

Unfortunately, this happened to the majority of the Jewish people, with exception of those that converted to Christianity. But the majority of the Jewish people refuse to accept this statement of the truth by Christ and then Orthodox Christians, instead consider it an “insult” to the Jews. Jewish leaders often call these fundamental teachings of Christian Orthodoxy “anti-Semitism, demanding a virtual ban on these teachings (as in the case of the “Fundamentals of Orthodox culture”).

At the behest of fathers of the Orthodox Church we cannot follow the path of tolerance and humility before sin, evil, lies, and in this case blasphemy. A Christian, out of respect for fellow, man must honestly point out to Jews their dangerous divergence from the truth. This is how you express your Christian love for fellow man, only the conversion to the true Christian faith can save a Jew. “Tolerance” or indulgence of heresy or Satanism only contributes to spiritual death…

This “real Jewish chauvinism” and presumptuousness in the spirit of “Shulhan Arukha” were manifested during the time of the horrific genocide of Orthodox Russians in the 1920s and 1930s (after which the Jews had to be especially careful leveling accusations against Russian patriots), also during the fall of the USSR and the Post-Communist reforms there was an illegal appropriation of government property, “belonging to no one” and giving ruling posts to Jews. As said by the proud Rabbi Shaevich, “the government is full of Jews (“Figuri i Litza”, 1998, No. 16). Therefore their [Jews] influence on everyday life of the country ended up disproportionately larger than their proportion of the population (.16% of the population according to the last census) putting other ethnicities, especially the Russians, at a disadvantage.

Jewish organizations all over the world conduct similar “political lobbies” in the interest of world Jewry, putting everyone else’s interests at a disadvantage, especially in the US – this government became an instrument of global Jewish ambitions, something that was said publicly by A. Sharon in 2001 at the Knesset. The Jews were able to use the US army to further Israeli interests in destroying a whole country – Iraq. They [Jews] try to mask racism of the “Shulhan Arukha” by accusations of “anti-Semitism” or racial hate from all those that do not agree with their moral code. But this substitution of concepts is a crude fake, which should be obvious to any impartial judge. For example, the Moscow Human Rights Bureau was flooded with these kinds of complaints of “anti-Semitism” virtually blocking the activities of law enforcement personnel and showing that “human rights” means Jewish rights. It can be said that today the whole democratic world is under financial and political control of the international Jewry, which a point of pride for prominent bankers (J. Attali and others). And we don’t want our Russia, against which a war without rules is being waged, to become one of those countries that are not free.
