The championship will take place under the control of the SDC, an independent championship organization company. The awarding of the prizes will be subject to the acceptance of the winner(s) to participate in Ubi Soft's promotion campaign. If the notification of a winner is returned to the sender, if the winner is not located ten (10) available work days subsequent to the sending of the notification, that winner will be automatically eliminated and his or her scores will no longer be accepted. The championship is limited to one prize per married couple.
Each car winner is fully responsible for paying traffic taxes and any other national tax, including VAT, valid in the winner's country.
The prizes cannot be transferred or shared. Moreover, no exchange will be accepted, except Ubi Soft in the event of prizes being unavailable. Winners cannot obtain the equivalent of the prizes in cash. Winners will be required to sign a declaration of eligibility, a discharge of responsibility, an authorization for advertising if required by the law, and any other form required for tax administration purposes in the country concerned. Each discharge/declaration must be signed, authenticated and returned to Ubi Soft within ten (10) days of receipt of the documents by the winners. A replacement will be designated if necessary. In addition to championship winners accepting to participate in Ubi Soft's promotion campaign, the act of accepting the prize implies the agreement of the winners to use their name, address (town and country) and voice for the purposes of advertising, promotion and public relations-related activities, and the winners grant all rights to Ubi Soft for these applications without further compensation. Unless specifically rerquested, please send by post to the following address:
