The college-town of Arkham Massachusetts is center to one of the largest and most infamous Hellmouths ever on record. The home of the most hellishly alien of unspeakable Evils ever seen before; and the likes of which this world has never seen since. But it has laid dormant for over sixty years. The activity it had wrought all those years ago has since passed into mere legend, thanks to the effort of the Watcher, H. P. Lovecraft; now long-dead. 
Arkham is a free-form role-playing game, in which elements from the BuffyVerse, and The Cthulhu Mythos, and now other survival horror themes are combined. Since it is free-form, there are no dice and stats, and the rules - such as they are - can be found here. You as a player, take on the personae of a character, and write out in narrative what they do, think, and say in relation to the events and other characters around them within the game. In this way, the group is more a collaborative story telling effort then a traditional 'table-top' rpg. Do not worry if you are unfamiliar with either the Mythos, or the BuffyVerse. Since this is a free-form game, I do not rely heavily upon the books, traditional rpgs, movies, or tv-shows; so you'll still be able to play. Only those with approved characters may join the list, so be sure to send in your completed application! Once you've been accepted, please take a moment to look through the group's file and photos section. These will change periodically whenever a new player (or character) joins us, or when new information needs to be added.
