This good looking oil cooler begins with the CNC machined billet aluminum main adapter. With its built in patented thermostat it automatically feeds and governs oil into the cooler to maintain proper operating temperatures whether you are standing still, in a traffic jam or cruising at highway speeds. When oil temperatures reach 190 degrees it automatically bypasses its flow into the cooler.

The cooler body made also of billet aluminum, removes excess oil heat providing the maximum heat transfer for cooling. The fins line the inside of the cooler extracting excess heat as the oil passes through transferring heat to the outside fins. This unique patented design processes the oil through four times for maximum cooling.

The Spurgin Oil Cooler has been tested and is found to reduce oil temperature by 20 degrees idling and as much as 40 degrees highway riding. The cooler provides an additional 1/2 quart oil capacity which adds to the cooling process.

The Spurgin Oil Cooler comes complete with A/N fittings and stainless steel hoses. It can be installed in about 30 minutes during an oil change using the easy to follow instructions provided with the kit.
