 The day before we left for the Jamboree, we met to load the gateway, troop equipment, and some personal equipment in the truck to be transported to Fort AP Hill.

 We arrived at the McDonald's where we would eat breakfast about an hour before they opened. We would have been there two hours early, except that we had trouble finding the right McDonald's.

 Each day, lunch was served at one of the kiosks located around the Jamboree. All participants were given one lunch ticked for each day. This was the first Jamboree where lunch was done this way, and it seemed to work very well.
