It is the goal of Troop 103 to provide a program built on a foundation ofmorals and character.With the integrity of an American standard since 1910along with a foundation of faith inGODwe trust.
When adultsbecome leaders ofyouth,and are given standards to follow there ischange. 
'adult application' gives leaders a standard to follow! Boys need a good mentor to help them see life's purpose. Ourprayerfor Leicester, North Carolina is "for the adults of this community to see the'AIMS'of scouting." That this is a"values based program"that will add to the growth developement we want in ourboys!

people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
