Milad 'L Dil is a women's organization that
promotes interests of women and children in health, education, and
career, particularly in the Republic of Palau.
Milad 'L Dil's focus has been kept deliberately broad
in order for us to assist in every way we can .We have networked to
locate and donate books and sports equipment for some of Palau's
schools. Recently we donated over 15 boxes of books to the Ministry of
Education to disseminate as needed. We have raised funds for students
in the junior Statesmen program, donated funds to help send a young
woman off island for an educational program and for a young man
struggling with leukemia and much, much more. Current issues that
Milad is involved with includes HIV/Aids education and working to
create a Suicide hotline in keeping with our goal of serving the needs
of the women and children of Palau.
