Faruk Ateş works as a web developer, designer and Web Standards consultant for Media Design, an internet service company based in Leiden, The Netherlands. He was born and raised in Zoeterwoude, and drives by the place where all the Heineken beer for the entire United States is produced, every day.
Much like how every saga has its beginning, every website that's been around for many years has its origins and thus, its history.
