Via DAB digital radio
Digital radios carry the DAB logo and are available from hi-fi and car audio dealers and many high street stores. One of the benefits of DAB is that the same frequency is used nationwide, so if you're listening in the car, you can get Radio 1 without retuning.

Via Freeview
Freeview is a service through which you could receive up to 30 free digital TV channels, plus radio and interactive services, through your normal TV aerial. There is no contract. Just a one-off payment for equipment.
You may need to rescan you box to get Radio 1. Once you have us you can also access a version of Radio 1 website.
