Poor William Spade...it seems he built a time machine, and the time-worshipping demons known as the Takar don't approve. Led by Staine the Diplomat, the mindless acid belcher Dreg pukes bubbly toxins all over our favorite scientist. The Surgeon joins the party - a master of torture and yes, he runs with scissors. The Butcher likes to cut things, as William Spade soon learns. The scene that made Timeslaughter's intro a legend. (Is that a drill in your eye or are you happy to...oh..wait...that's definitely a drill in your eye.)
Features: Tons of moves, special moves, and slaughter moves for each completely unique character, multi-layered fully animated backgrounds, cinematic intro and endings, 4 hidden characters, hidden special moves, brutal character intelligence, twisted humor (of course), trippy secret codes, blatant sexual reference, blatant violence, blatant profanity, and last but most certainly the least - midgets.

* When a move says "charge back" or "charge down" this means to hold it in that direction for about 1.5 seconds. * Slaughter moves can only be done at the end of a fight when the announcer is telling you to "KILL KILL KILL." * Inner Power moves are very hard to do, and very silly...they can be done at any time, but most of the motions have been lost. If anyone discovers any code or inner power move I haven't listed, let me know the motion you used to initiate it and I'll put it up on the page with credit to you for finding it. |
Ug invented the wheel, fire, nuclear technology, the club, and murder. His reason for fighting- he has a puny brain. * Run Head Smash: charge back - forward(punch) INNER POWER MOVE(found by Happypeepeehead): SLAUGHTER MOVE:

Spice is our parody of the typical high school slut...well, ok maybe we took it too far making her a violent prostitute working for her pimp, Uncle Guido. Those are real sample from a porno movie she makes when she does her moves! Her reason for fighting - she hates men, and she hates women for liking men. * High Heel Spin Kick: down, downback, back(kick)

Savage woke up in a desert wasteland after the nuclear war of 2121, and had no memory. He made a place for himself as lord of the fight cages. Savage suffers from Tourette's Syndrome, a disease that causes him to swear everytime he gets excited (or is it an excuse?) His reason for fighting - the glory of victory. * Atomic Smash: forward, down, downforward(punch) SLAUGHTER MOVE:

Chi was the victim of a cruel practical joke. His master told him to guard a bridge when he was a mere child until the "flying monkeys" came. Chi never stopped guarding it. Now he's 45 and he can't speak any language, but he has tought himself many unique skills (he's had plenty of time to meditate). His reason for fighting - after 30 years everyone looks like a flying monkey. * High Slithering Snake: down, downforward, forward(punch) INNER POWER MOVE: SLAUGHTER MOVE:

A brilliant painter and all around lady's man, Pierre is more than comfortable with his femininity. He and his brothers run an art studio of painting and sadomasichitic gluttony. Lazarus was a skilled Scottish doctor before he signed up for a three hour tour of the Carribean. After hitting a nasty tropical iceburg, the ship sank and he was forced to use his buddy's body as a raft. Now stranded on a desert island with only his hat, kilt, and a whole crate full of bottles (if he were MacGuyver he'd be outta there), he's completely senile. His reason for fighting - he needs a new raft. * Scottish Drop: back, down, downback(punch) INNER POWER MOVE (Found by Joseph Collins):

Vlad Dracul (Vlad the Devil) has a dangerous obsession with putting villagers on sticks. He almost always has to deal with an angry mob of vampire-killers. With the ability to control minds, transform, and open his mouth even wider than Spice can, Vlad is a very powerful bloodsucking machine. Reason for fighting - come on, I mean, "Vlad the Devil," that tells you something, right? * Myst Teleport: down, downback, back(punch) SLAUGHTER MOVE: |

Blind from birth, Jinsoku has mastered his fighting skills by challenging trees to duels. He has won almost every fight against his wooden enemy. High in the snowy mountains, Jinsoku lives with his Aunt and Uncle. They make sure his wrist blades are sharp and his sandals are tied. His reason for fighting - he can't see anything, all your loud noises and your foul odors scare him. * Nekuya Blade: down, downback, back(punch) INNER POWER MOVE: SLAUGHTER MOVE:

Asylum was locked away in an insane asylum because of his tendencies to hurt others, play rough, and listen to alternative music. He claims to have the personalities of Hitler, PeeWee Herman, Tiny Tim, Ethan Petty, Dr Seuss, and many, many more all living in his head. His reason for fighting - it wasn't him, it was the other guy! * Schizo Kick: down, downback, back(kick) INNER POWER MOVE: (Found by Rhino) SLAUGHTER MOVE:

Portal aka William Spade is in the game as a usable character (has something to do with moving the cursor in circles around the select screen), but I am without a code. I will update this if I find it. His reason for fighting - he's pissed off. Here are some moves found by the Joystick Lunatic. *Plasma Shot: down, downforward, forward(punch) PLAY AS PORTAL USING THE JOYSTICK LUNATIC'S PATCH (A NIFTY LITTLE PROGRAM THAT SWAPS CHARACTER FILES FOR YOU USING A SIMPLE MENU. DOWNLOAD IT HERE AND BE SURE TO PUT IT IN THE SAME DIRECTORY AS TS.EXE) |

Staine, the Leader of the Takar death squad, is also a secret character in this game. The way to use him was similar to Portal's but I can't find it either. Staine has his own level where you fight in the hands of the Ratchkar - the god of the Takar. His reason for fighting - anyone who has seen a time portal must die. Here are some moves found by the Joystick Lunatic SLAUGHTER MOVE: CODE TO *FIGHT* AGAINST STAINE: BEAT EVERY CHARACTER BEFORE PORTAL WITHOUT CONTINUING, AND FINISH EVERY FIGHT WITH YOUR SLAUGHTER MOVE. PLAY AS STAINE USING THE JOYSTICK LUNATIC'S PATCH (A NIFTY LITTLE PROGRAM THAT SWAPS CHARACTER FILES FOR YOU USING A SIMPLE MENU. The Takar have transformed Savage into one of their croanies, but why does he have Guillotine's head and the ball from Nogginknockers 2? Could it be a blatant plug??? Buddy is a scout leader in Tard Patrol Troop 401. Using his big moronic head and his oversized hairy arms, Buddy tries to hug anyone in sight - usually killing them. His reason for fighting - we told him to. * Tard Card: down, downback, back(kick) CODE TO USE BUDDY: AT THE SELECT SCREEN, MOVE THE CURSOR TO MOJUMBO AND PRESS: Buddy's Ending! Thanks to SlothJosh for coming up with such a mongoloid idea, now you can use the original Buddy "please register Timeslaughter" cinematic for his ending in the game - grab THIS file, extract it to your Timeslaughter directory for Buddy goodness. |
TIMESLAUGHTER LOST
Here's an oddity. It seems we originally charged Bloodlust Historian SlothJosh for an *unfinished* version of Timeslaughter. It's still 100% complete and playable, but there were many artistic changes made in the final version that aren't in his Lost version. Things like different portraits, color changes, and even completely different backgrounds. This is a treasure for any Timeslaughter fan, and we thank SlothJosh sincerely for taking care of our malformed baby. Click here and you can babysit Timeslaughter Lost too!
Looking back: I have nothing but love for this game. To this day it remains the greatest game released by Bloodlust. Hopefully the sequel will dethrone it! Like all of our older games, Timeslaughter works better using a DOS emulator. I've had the most luck with DOSBox
