- Q) My business is not based in the UK, can I still list my website?
- Yes, you may list your website no matter where it is located.
- Q) Can I list affiliate programs in the search engine?
- Yes, although we recommend that affiliate content is integrated into your own website as duplicate URLs are filtered from search results.
- Q) If I purchase a PermaLink listing can I update it in the future?
- Yes, you can change the details of your listing, the banner image and your keywords whenever you wish.
- Q) If I want to use both PermaLink and Pay Per Click listings must I create separate accounts?
- No, PermaLinks and Pay Per Click are both integrated into Site Submit. One account allows you to manage both programs.
- Q) If I submit my site and later wish to change details such as the title and description how long does it take to update?
- In most cases changes to your listings are reflected in search results instantly.
- Q) Must I renew my listings each year?
- No, PermaLinks never need to be renewed. Pay Per Click listings are available as long as your account has sufficient funds available.
- Q) Some sites in UKSprite search have a banner image next to them. How can I add an image to my listing?
- Banner images are a feature of PermaLinks. Simply purchase the number of links you require and add your banner for increased visibility.
