Chesslab
The 2 million game online d-base, is an excellent way to find individual games to add to a database. First, hunt up the game you want using the search function -- it's case sensitive, so make sure to type "Alekhine" and not "alekhine". Next, load it on the java board with a double-click. Hit the "get PGN" button at the bottom of the screen and up will pop the game in portable game notation format, along with simple instructions on how to copy and paste it into a new or existing file. Chesslab is truly impressive, and players who may not want to make an investment in a commercial d-base will find it heaven-sent.
