LOGIC
PUZZLE
During
vacation, five Space Coast students held a round-robin
tournament to
determine their positions on a team for a
match with another team visiting from outer space.
There
were ten games and each student played each other student
once. One (1) point was awarded to the winner of each game.
Zero (0) points were awarded to the loser. In the case of a
draw, one-half (½) point was
awarded to
each student.
Your
challenge is to fill out the
tournament table below, including the final totals for all
students.
(1)
Albert's only win came from his game with Jason.
(2) At least four games were drawn.
(3) Jason scored the same in his game with Timothy as Spencer did
with Albert.
(4) Mark won in his game with Jason.
(5) Spencer drew in his game with Jason.
(6) Spencer lost exactly two games.
(7) Timothy scored the same in his games with Albert and
Mark.
(8) Timothy scored two points altogether.
