Transport - Your viewsCongestion ChargingTransport for London (TfL) has carried out a consultation on behalf of the Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone, on a proposal to extend the current central London congestion charging scheme westwards, to cover most of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.
