Congestion Charging

Transport for London (TfL) has carried out a consultation on behalf of the Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone, on a proposal to extend the current central London congestion charging scheme westwards, to cover most of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. The consultation period ran from 16 February to 23 April 2004.
