  • 666 Squadron (V) at Netheravon. Raised Apr. 1986 at Netheravon.
  • 3 Flight (V) at RAF Turnhouse. Raised 1993; moved 1996 to RAF Leuchars.
  • 6 Flight (V) at RAF Shawbury. Raised 1993.
