Contact Centre Voice

A brand-new Marketing Association Special Interest Group is launched

Who and What is CCV?

The Marketing Association has a long-standing commitment to the education, promotion and support of the Contact Centre industry. This has led to the creation of Contact Centre Voice NZ (CCVNZ). Supported by members of the Marketing Association who have a particular interest in contact centres, CCVNZ aims to provide a forum where professionals can interact with their peers and benefit from a specialist resource which offers information, education, networking opportunities, and an all round industry ‘voice’. The focus is on promoting greater awareness and understanding of the dynamics of contact centres within business and in the marketing mix.

The driving group behind CCV is made up of Marketing Association members who work within the growing and ever changing Contact Centre landscape. Their combined experience spans all sectors including large in-house centres, recruitment, training, outsource inbound and outbound, and service suppliers. All are respected experts in their fields and have a genuine passion for the industry.

The name Contact Centre Voice NZ provides a clear indication of who we represent and what we wish to become – a respected and valued 'voice' to all members of the Marketing Association and the wider business community.

Watch this space...

NETWORK - We want to get people in the industry together to share their stories of triumph and woe! To this end, regular networking events, seminars and lunch meetings are planned and will be broadcast via this dedicated page and the Marketing Association’s new-look website, which will also provide a dedicated link to CCV.

INFORMATION – CCV will ensure that all Contact Centre Courses hosted via the Marketing Association continue to provide valuable, respected and relevant qualifications to the industry. We will also seek to recognise any areas of our industry where we could add to the curriculum.

VOICE OF THE INDUSTRY - We now have a dedicated presence in DLB where we will feature news of people on the move and key people in the industry, alongside relevant contact centre news and issues. Where any new regulations or legislation threaten to impact on our industry, we will act to provide more information and, more importantly, ensure that the industry voice is heard.
