This database is NOT complete and is compiled ONLY from published siRNAs--it should only be considered a 'draft' of what such a database could be! To be really effective, this type of database would best be maintained full time, be complete, and have search capability--I do not have time for this! I expect that such a database will eventually become available, as large scale RNAi projects begin publishing siRNA and hairpin sequences, along with phenotypes of knockouts etc. (similar to what is done with Wormbase). This page is provided only as a courtesy; please check the validity of each sequence in the respective paper. Maybe it helps....
