Low level lighting often makes rooms very romantic but Beluga donít seem to see (no pun intended) that being able to see your hand in front of your face when the sun goes down is pretty desirable when it comes to visitng a bar. Hence why itís quite difficult to negotiate a path away from the bar, and probably why most people donít. The menus here are only a couple of items off being a speech which is funny as most people in here donít say very much. Originally a dental school, the mouthwash has gone, the dentists are now barmen, and the only punishment youíre going to take here is drinking far too much. And oh boy, how you will be punished. All in all, this place is great at day and better at night, providing youíve eaten your carrots. Or have night vision specs.
