Discussion...cold front moving through the forecast area this 
morning with some light to moderate rain occurring along the 
boundary. The front is still expected to drift into the northern 
Gulf later today and stall as northwest flow aloft briefly 
develops across the region. This should allow some slightly cooler 
and drier air to settle into the area into Sat before southwest 
flow aloft develops as an upper low moves into the western Continental U.S.. 
this looks to bring rain and thunder back into the forecast from 
late Sat through early Tuesday as the upper low drifts toward the east 
with embedded disturbances aloft traversing across the region. A 
cold front associated with the passing upper low then looks to 
sweep through the County Warning Area/pwa Monday and Monday night with the possibility 
for some strong storms along and ahead of the boundary. Drier and 
cooler conditions then make another return to the Gulf Coast 
region following this frontal passage.
