One of television's biggest stars, Bert Newton, and one of the world's most successful game shows, Family Feud, return to Channel Nine in 2006.
After 20 years, Bert is back at the network, which was his on-screen home for almost three decades, to host this television classic last seen on Nine between 1977 and 1984.
A five-time Gold Logie winner, Newton joined the Nine Network in the late 1950s to work with Graham Kennedy on In Melbourne Tonight, which made him a household name. In 1976 he joined The Don Lane Show, where his wheel segment became one of the most popular events on television.
Family Feud pits two teams, made up of members of the same family, against each other as they match answers to the results of a survey of 100 people. Teams get more points for the most common answers provided in the survey.
This international hit screens to audiences worldwide, with versions in the US, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, France, Switzerland and Thailand.
