Greys provide on all their rods an unconditional warranty good for the lifetime of the original owner. This is given in addition to your statutory rights, and covers fault or damage from any cause.
Terms and Conditions
Following the purchase of any Greys' rod(s) we request you return the relevant ULG card found attached to the rod or its bag. We require that you do so within a 30 day period of its purchase and that you complete all the required information, failure to do this may invalidate entrance into the ULG scheme.
What to do in the event of a claim (UK only)
In the event of a claim Greys require that you:
1. Cut the broken section(s) only into 4" (100mm) pieces.
2. Package into a padded envelope and enclose your full name and contact details as you entered them on the ULG card. Also include full model information, e.g. Greyflex Spin 9' 30-100g.
3. Enclose the relevant administration fee of
£20 per section per claim on fly
or spinning rods or
£20 per section per claim on all
carp or coarse rods or
£30 per section per claim on all
