    N. Utah rail may get big boost
    WASHINGTON - Federal authorities plan to invest some $490 million in commuter rail from Ogden to Salt Lake City, U.S. Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta announced Tuesday.
        The decision was cheered by officials whose constituents are plagued by gridlock trying to reach or leave Utah's capital city.
       "Now I can go do a handstand," said Davis County Commissioner Dan McConkie after he heard the news.   Full Story

    Overstock.com President Patrick Byrne says that when it came to projecting how his online closeout retailer would do in fiscal 2005, he got it at least half right.
