Iran Determined to Out-Crazy America

The Bush administration could hardly ask for a better partner in the brinksmanship boogie it seems eager to dance with Iran over that country's nuclear ambitions:

"The United States has the power to cause harm and pain. But the United States is also susceptible to harm and pain," said Ali Asghar Soltanieh, Iran's senior delegate to the International Atomic Energy Agency. "So if that is the path that the U.S. wishes to choose, let the ball roll."

Of course the administration's senior insane conservative, John Bolton, wasted no time in upping the ante: "Their threats," he told AP, "show why leaving a country like that with a nuclear weapon is so dangerous."
