Notes:

1. Baldo defeated Jerry Lawler in a tournament final to win the title.
2. Michael Hayes pinned Baldo in a tag team match to win the title.
3. Rico Constantino also held the following tiles in conjunction with the MPPW Title: NWA Ohio Valley Heavyweight Title.
4. Ali defeated Steven Bradley in a "Loser Leaves PPW" match to win the title. Bradley jumps to Puerto Rico.
5. Title held up due to Wolfie D being unable to defend the belt on May 27, 2000 in Memphis, Tennessee.
6. Wolfie D defeated Ali to win the held-up title.
7. Title is unified with the MCW Southern Heavyweight Title on January 13, 2001.
8. Title vacated on March 17, 2001 when Power Pro Wrestling declares the title vacant after they pull their affiliation from MCW and the WWF. Since Pete Gas is a WWF contracted wrestler, he is stripped of the championship.

4. Title held up after match between champion Steve Bradley and Kid Wikkid on May 7, 1999 in Memphis, Tennessee.
5. Kid Wikkid wins held-up title by pinning Bulldog Raines in an 8-man elimination tag team match to win the title.
6. Title was vacated in August of 1999 when Steve Bradley wins PPW Heavyweight Title.
7. Derrick King defeated Robbie D. in a 6-man tournament final to win the title.
8. Robbie D. defeated Derrick King and Kid Wikkid in a Triangle match to win the title.
9. The title was vacated.
10. Derrick King defeated Chris Michaels and Allen Steel in a Triple Threat match to win the title. Then the title was abandoned.

Notes:

1. Billy Travis and Bulldog Raines defeated Rock and Roll Express (Robert Gibson and Ricky Morton) in a tournament final to wn the tag team titles. The titles were then vacated
2. Kid Wikkid and Derrick King won a tournament to win the titles. Title held up after match between Kid Wikkid and Derrick King and Erin O'Grady and Vic Grimes on March 19, 1999 in Memphis, Tennessee.
3. Jerry Lawler defeated Kid Wikkid and Derrick King to win the belts in a handicap match. Bill Dundee was supposed to be Lawler's partner, but he no-showed.
4. Glen Kulka and Mic Tierney were awarded the titles. The title change was a phantom one. The belts had previously been with Jerry Lawler and Bill Dundee, but Dundee left the group so the belts went into limbo. The titles were then vacated in November of 1999 when Kulka leaves PPW.
5. Derrick King and Jason Lee defeated Tony Falk and Blade, and Bulldog Raines and Robbie D. in a triangle finals of a 6-team tournament to win the tag team titles.
6. Wolfie D won the tag team titles in a handicap match.
7. Rob and Deon Harlem defeated Derrick King in a handicap match to win the tag team titles.
