Recipe:Filet
Mignon and Cheese Grits

Demi-glaze |

and pepper |

Instant
grits |
| 2
tbsp |
Cheddar
cheese |
| 1
tbsp |
Parmesan
cheese |
Cooking instructions:
Preheat
sauté' pan at high heat. Season filet with
salt and pepper. Cook both sides until desired temperature.
Remove from pan, then add ham. Deglaze with Bourbon
and coffee. Add Demi-glaze.
In
separate pot add instant grits. Cook as directions
specify then add Cheddar and Parmesan.
Plate
grits and top with filet and gravy.
(Optional)
garnish with fried onions.
