Recipe: Chocolate Indulgence Parfait

 

Amount	Ingredient
1 quart	Kamm's Chocolate Frozen Custard
	Homemade or purchased brownies, crumbled
	Fresh or frozen raspberries
	Semisweet chocolate pieces
	Whipped cream
	Maraschino cherries with stems

Cooking instructions:

Place crumbled brownies in bottom of each of 6 parfait glasses or wineglasses. Place 1/3 cup of Kamm's Frozen Custard on top of brownies. Top with chocolate pieces. Layer another 1/3 cup frozen custard into glass. Sprinkle a few more chocolate pieces on top then spoon the raspberries on top. Garnish with whipped cream and cherry.

Makes 6 parfaits.
