Nicely done
The only problem is that in a lot of senses, it carries the exact opposite message to the one intended - casting our 21st century eyes over the original design we see an overly hysterical knee-jerk reaction to a relatively new phenomenon. If this is the gut feeling associated with the design, then by association, current concerns about DRM must appear equally ridiculous.

I like it though!

interesting comment
The difference is, the original statement was against an information-liberating technology, i.e. hope taping, whereas this version is against an information-stifling technology, i.e. DRM. It's clearly a rebuttal, a response to the original graphic which would lose some of its humor and cleverness outside of the context of the original. Kneejerk reactions against restrictions seem more excusable than kneejerk reactions against information freedom. This piece is throwing the kneejerk reaction back in the face of the original paranoid anti-Fair Use opponents, not originating a kneejerk reaction out of the blue.

I would assume so
The "Please steal this image and use wherever and whenever you like. Rip it, Mix it, Burn it." would imply something to the affirmative.
