I was transferring nfscars.net from registrar to another (because the other one is better and cheaper), but unfortunately the dns settings got lost. I have to change them and that can take up to 72 hours.
In the meantime, the nfscars.com redirects to the site's IP address, so you can use that domain name for now.

I remember the day 6 years ago when I started this site. It was small, but built to grow and it did! After only a few months, NFSCars became a top5 NFS site and has remained one of the biggest NFS sites ever since! Who would've thought that... Not me.
So, happy birthday NFSCars.
As usual, I'd like to thank everyone who made this possible. Without the car builders, my fellow staff members and offcourse all the visitors, this site would've died out a long time ago.
Let's hope for at least another 6 years of success!

I am glad to say that after making a deal with a big site I host downloads for I was able to order the new server to replace the current one that hosts nd4spdworld, nfshome and nfscars downloads.
I would like to thanks everyone that donated as it was a big help.
Also for those intrested I have some pictures of the new server.

I hate to ask for things like this but here is the current situation. The server that hosts nfscars downloads, nd4spdworld, nfshome has to be replaced with a rackmount server due to the datacenter running out of space and since the current server is a tower server it uses up quite a bit of space. Now the only option is to buy a new server which is a rackmount or the datacenter (host) will terminate my account.
A new server will probably cost upwards of $1800 USD min.
So if you can afford to spare some extra money please donate here.
Also for those that donate I will put there names into a pool that I will write a script for that will randomly pick a name and then I will send them a copy of need for speed: most wanted.

Here is exactly the reason for this (straight from the datecenter)
I have been asked to deliver a message to all of our colo customers that are using large amounts of rack space. "We have run out of room in our data center." Therefore, we must move our large customers to smaller rack mountable servers. Space has become such an issue, that our only other option would be to cancel the service for these customers.

This week, NFSCars passed the amazing amount of 6,000 cars!!! The 6,000th car to be added was the Dodge Ram SRT/10, which was converted to NFS6 and modified by UCN Conversions.
I'd like to thank everyone who made it possible to get to this milestone! Offcourse, especially all the authors who did most of the work by creating these cars. Some are quite simple and took only a few hours or less to create, others took weeks if not months to create, but all of them would not have existed without the dedication of the authors.
Offcourse, let us not forget all the visitors who keep coming back to find the biggest collection of NFS cars.
