The Newport Guitar Festival was a major event of the 2004 Newport festival season. Now we're planning a bigger and better festival to be held in August 2006! This event draws together the major innovators in guitar and mandolin construction in this hemisphere and beyond.
Many of the world's highly acclaimed luthiers and a handful of talented players will be on hand in spectacular Newport, Rhode Island, showing and demonstrating their work, leading workshops, and, perhaps, helping you find the one-of-a-kind instrument you've been looking for.
