Customer Showcase Submissions

Showcase submission guidelines

To be considered for a Macromedia Site of the Day and the Customer Showcase, your submission must meet the following criteria:

  • Macromedia recognizes projects based on strong visual design, technical execution, usability, interesting and/or timely content, ROI and benefit to the organization as well as overall innovative use of Macromedia products.
  • All work must be original (no plagiarized images, text, or other content).
  • At least one Macromedia product must have been used to create the project.
  • The project should adhere to the usability tips provided by Macromedia. These include offering logical navigation, providing access for low-bandwidth users, and avoiding unnecessary introductory elements.
  • Site of the Day submissions should function in most browsers (recent versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape) and on both the Windows and Mac OS platforms. All projects should download in a reasonable amount of time, even for low-bandwidth users.
  • The project must not require the viewer to register. (If registration is required and you would still like to be considered, please submit a user name and password that all viewers can use.)
  • Portfolio projects are not encouraged: We prefer your direct submission of work done for clients.
  • No pornography will be accepted.
