This unofficial combined adminiustrative
subdivision of the Central Region's Sea Scout Flotilla
is comprised of the squadrons and their
ships in Northeast Illinois and southeast Wisconsin,
including the Chicago Area Council, Blackhawk
Council (Rockford), Northeast Illinois Council,
Northwest Suburban Council,
and the
Milwaukee, Southeast, Sinnissippi and other
local councils in Southern Wisconsin.
