Hello

Has anyone else experienced difficulties with creating new check-in details for re-ordered or transferred journal titles?

Whenever I attempt to create a new order for a previously 'cancelled' title on the system, the old check-in pattern from the cancelled title are pulled across to the new open order. This means that I always end up with 2 copies of individual issues, rather than the single copy ordered.

I hope this makes sense!
