Striker Winston Parks was left out of the provisional squad

Costa Rica coach Alexandre Guimaraes has named a preliminary 24-man World Cup squad.
It includes Alajuelense team-mates Harold Wallace and Michael Rodriguez who are recovering from knee injuries.
Defender Carlos Johnson and striker Bryan Ruiz are on standby in case the defensive duo fail to recover in time.
Guimaraes left striker Winston Parks out of his provisional 28-man squad and has since culled goalkeeper Adrian de Lemos and defender Cristian Montero.
"This is a list we've been studying in great detail based on the characteristics of our opponents," said Guimaraes.
The squad includes nine players who were in the 2002 World Cup squad, including ex-Derby County and Manchester City striker Paulo Wanchope.
Guimaraes will have to cut one more name from his list ahead of the 15 May deadline for naming squads.
Costa Rica open the tournament against hosts Germany on 9 June, before facing Ecuador and Poland.
