Hello and welcome to the Blue Casket, a site devoted to Grim Fandango, especially the musical side to the game. Grim Fandango's soundtrack, which can be downloaded from various GF sites, contains 32 tracks from the game, covering such musical styles as swing, jazz and bebop etc. Ever since I first got GF, I loved the music in the game, and hoped that one day I would at least be able to play some of it, armed with my mighty bass guitar...and guitar, I have attempted to tab out some of the songs (I hope to tab them all out eventually), and include them on this website, so basically its a site for Grim Fandango bass/guitar tabs. Wow!

I try to ensure that all songs I tab out are more or less correct before I add them to the site. With each tab, I will include the track name and number, and where it can be heard in the game, for those who don't have access to the soundtrack.

PLEASE READ: Some people may find that tabs mess up and start new lines, making them unreadable. The most probable reason for this is that their monitor is running at 800 x 600 resolution. I run mine at 1024 x 768 and everything looks fine, although I just this minute bumped it upto 1152 x 864 and everything is now so tiny...

P.S. I will also try to add some pictures from the game soon, the make to site look nicer.. and may even expand the site to include character info and the like, and maybe even get someone who is willing to help with the tabbing, for bass or perhaps various other instruments..

I play it with a kind of swing rhythm at about 150 beats per minute (so around 2.5 beats a second). Enjoy!

Just in case anybody was wondering, I tab out all the songs myself, I don't Guitar Pro or anything like that.

Also, there are more bass tabs than guitar, as bass is my main instrument

The official soundtrack (OST) features 32 tracks from the game, as stated in the Intro paragraph.

Whereas the PC soundtrack is basically every other track in the game which isnt in the OST.
