Over a three-month period, federal and state investigators looking into the Sago Mine disaster interviewed 70 people, including Sago miners, mine managers, mine rescue team members and state and federal mine safety inspectors. The interviews were conducted by officials from the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration and the state Office of Miners Health, Safety and Training.

Transcripts of the interviews are provided here as .pdf files that can be viewed with the free Acrobat Reader, available at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. The file names represent the date of the interview and the name of the person interviewed.
