Apple is replacing my top case !!
 
I just received a call from Apple Spain. The Apple HQ have authorised them to replace my top case.
 
The lady said they’re still investigating this issue and that the don’t know what is causing the problem. However they decided to repair it under warranty.
 
I would recommend everyone to call AppleCare!
 
Update.
I still haven’t handed in the laptop for repairment... I use it to work and the best estimate the shops can give me is a week, probably two.. I will have to wait until I take holidays :(
I should give Apple a call.. just to make sure it’s OK to go in a month’s time.
