    Lalu offers Rs. 5 lakh, railway job to kin of dead

    Mumbai, July 12 (PTI): The Railways on Tuesday night announced Rs 5 lakh compensation and a job to the next of kin of those killed in the serial blasts in Mumbai.

    The announcements were made by Railways Minister Lalu Prasad after visiting those injured in the blasts at a hospital here.

    He said the government would also foot the bill of the treatment of the injured.
