Planning Applications Received
Public Access Information System
Information on current and past planning applications received in the
City of Manchester is now viewable online using our Public
Access system.
This online service allows you to view details of planning applications being considered by
Manchester City Council. You can monitor the progress of an application,
submit comments about the application, search a constantly updated list of
applications received and decided each week, view details of many historic
applications and view property details by reference to a map.
Planning and Highways Committee
Some planning applications are determined by Elected Members at
Planning & Highways Committee meetings. The committee reports for
individual applications can be found within the associated documents in
Public Access.
Further information on the Planning and Highways Committee can be found on the Committee
pages. The information available includes the agenda
for the next meeting and the minutes
from and details of decisions taken by the Committee in previous
meetings.
