The new amendments to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 16, 26, 33, 34, 37, and 45 will go into effect on December 1, 2006. The changes will affect electronic discovery in fundamental ways, from deadlines to safe harbors, and will have ramifications for practicioners, communications, and businesses.

If you have an article about the new rules for electronic discovery, please submit it to JOLT by November 1, 2006.
